Yes. This certification is recognized in India. The student can practice and teach
medicine in all the Private Medical Hospitals and Universities in India. Also, he will be
able to practice in more than 100 countries across the globe. Eg: Bahrain, Dubai, Qatar,
Kuwait, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.,
This is only a training programme. It is a preparatory programme, to prepare students to
appear and clear the Royal College, UK exams. So, this programme does not need MCI
recognition.
No. Once the student receives the certification of Membership, with minimum 2 years of
experience and GMC registration, the student can practice in UK.
Candidates must hold a MBBS degree or equivalent from one of the recognised National
or International Medical Institutions which are listed by Indian Medical Council Act 1956.
Candidates must have secured 60% in MBBS and HSC and acquired permanent
registration from MCI or State Medical Council.
MD Abroad with not less than 70% aggregate in MD and 60% in HSE, with FMGE
clearance and MCI or state registration.
